This is a typical Favignanese farmhouse from the early 1900s, located in the flat part of the island in a cool and breezy area. It's made of tuff and has been recently renovated, surrounded by peaceful rural surroundings and lovely underground gardens. The structure has three apartments of about 50 square meters each with independent entrances, spacious external verandas equipped with tables and deck chairs with suggestive views of the sea and/or tuff quarries. The apartments have all the comforts: equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron, orthopedic nets, and mattresses. The doors and windows are complete with mosquito nets, and there is air conditioning in all the apartments. Each apartment can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (1 double bed and 2 singles).
